Exchange and returns

At Dastaan, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our perfumes, including our signature fragrances Laila and Majnu. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, please find our exchange and returns policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchange:

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
• Perfumes that have been opened, partially used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Exchange or return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Process for Returns:

• Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
• Our team will provide instructions for returning the product.
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed.

3. Exchange Policy:

• You may exchange your perfume for another fragrance of equal value.
• If the requested product is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

4. Important Notes:

• Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are borne by the customer, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
• Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received.
